A good hostess treat to take to your next gathering.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 large strawberries
- 1/3 C cream cheese
- 1/2 C confectioner sugar
- 1/2 C chocolate flakes or pieces
STEP BY STEP
- Mix together cream cheese, confectioner sugar and chocolate
- Cut out stem and center of a large strawberry
- Cut off the tip so they can be set flat on the tray.
- Pipe the mixture into the center
- OPT: Sprinkle with Turbinado Sugar or colored sprinkles
NOTE: You can use a baggie with a TINY snip off the corner as a piping bag.
