People need to look there first.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Only changes and urgent notices shown on slides \u2013 Plus events for THAT day<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Possibly future events shown on Channel 1-2 after 6 pm<\/p>\n<h3>LifeLong Learners Class<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Scheduling conflict identified in PV Lounge<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sing along is normally Thursday 1-2 pm. TT schedule was 2-3 pm.<\/p>\n<p>We need minimum 30 minutes between events for setup<\/p>\n<p>Chuck Beaujon will take Class 6.<\/p>\n<p>Kathy will find a replacement for June Help Desk.\u00a0 All else is OK.<\/p>\n<p>Resolution: Sing along 1-1:45. TT rescheduled for 2:30 \u2013 3:30<\/p>\n<p>Class limit of 15 \u2013 4 tables \u2013 Seats in the back for auditing the class<\/p>\n<p>Robert will prepare handout \u2013 approx 2 pages per class.<\/p>\n<p>During Registration type of phone will be identified. January 17.<\/p>\n<p>Ambassadors will each out to registrants in their building on January 19<\/p>\n<p>Kathy will be greeter for the class<\/p>\n<h3>Thursday Help Desk<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Encourage people to take a photo and update other content<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; One person assigned every two months<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alternates invited to attend and help out<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Approach new residents and invite them to the Help Desk<\/p>\n<h3>Other Business<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Remove Farrell\u2019s content from training videos (Smart TV and TeleVeda)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Change references to Leona to point toward Norma B<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Typos pointed out on slides \u2013 Robert will fix<\/p>\n<p>Send future errors and corrections to Robert or Jon<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Push needed to encourage app use<\/p>\n<p>Slide created that will give step by step how to download Touchtown<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cindi Aune has agreed to become an Ambassador<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Numbers\/Statistics on Town Hall we thought were probably low. Conjecture that since we don\u2019t logout, it counts only the single time we log in, and then again ONLY IF we accidentally log out, and then back in. Actual numbers probably 3x what is showing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Change monthly calendar showing on a single slide to \u201cfour days at a glance\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Need to update records \u2013 Move ins, move outs, apartment changes, deaths, etc<\/p>\n<p>What will it take to get on a notification list?
